Check if capsule toys are stuck, empty or overloaded inside the tray. Tidy up messy capsules and clear stuck items. Adjust the internal turntable spacing and dispensing sensitivity. Replace the stuck motor if mechanical failure occurs.
Q8: Multiple capsules fall out at one time?
This is caused by unreasonable capsule placement or loose turntable clearance. Rearrange the capsules neatly, avoid overfilling. Adjust the internal baffle spacing in background settings to control single dispensing.
Q9: Turntable stuck or rotates abnormally?
Power off the machine first. Remove oversized or deformed capsules that jam the turntable. Clean internal dust and foreign objects. Check and fasten the turntable driving parts, and replace aging accessories if rotation is unstable
