Q4:Do I need to install the machine when I receive it? We assembled before delivery without any installation, which means that when the customer receives the goods, he only needs to insert the power and turn on all computers according to our user manual, and then he can play.

When a problem occurs, our service map team will help you to check what the cause is. If this is a software problem, we will send DHL or other express packages to the customer to replace the parts, and let the customer know how to replace them. We provide a 15 month super warranty.
